Nikita Luther was on a roll in 2017. In February, she teamed up with Raghav Bansal to win the Macau Poker Cup team event, becoming the first Indian woman to win a global poker tournament and cementing her place in poker history.

The same year in June, she finished in 5th place in the Aria Poker Classic Main Event held at the Aria Resort & Casino along the Las Vegas Strip, winning $65,000. During this running season, her successful streak took her riding across the strip all the way to the premises of the World Series of Poker (WSOP) where she made her debut appearance.

WSOP 2017 was hosted that year at the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino of the Vegas Strip. Luther cashed in prize winnings at three different No Limit Hold’em poker tournaments.

Biggest Winning: WSOP Bracelet

It was the ensuing season of the World Series of Poker (WSOP) in the year 2018 where Nikita Luther grabbed the victory seat of the WSOP tag event along with German Italian poker player, Giuseppe Pantaleo. With this event, Nikita Luther poker player wasn’t just any run of the mill player any more. She secured her first ever bracelet of the world’s most coveted poker event and additionally won and shared a staggering prize money of approximately 175,000 US dollars.

In June 2019 next year, Luther reached the final table of the Aria Poker Classic’s Zynga Poker WPT 500 and settled for second place with a prize money of $110,000. Therefore, to sum it up for now, Nikita Luther has bagged a total of more than 360,000 US dollars simply by following her passion down to the wire and living it up in the world’s most coveted seats at the live poker tables.

Luther recently participated at the 52nd 2021 Annual World Series of Poker’s Tag Team event of No Limit Texas Hold’em and secured 15th Position. Her personal best live cash earning has been $109,300 and she currently ranks 17th on India All Time Money List. The poker pro has been making her presence felt across the domestic and international felts and has no plans to press pause to her poker run any time soon.
